Mister Shifter

Mister Shifter is a jungle and drum & bass DJ and producer based in Columbus, Ohio, with more than two decades in the scene. He co-founded the original Random Movement project with Mike Richards in the early 2000s and has released on labels including Bassbin, Innerground, Dispatch Recordings, and Fanu’s Lightless Recordings. A friend of the Proper Chicago crew, he was brought into their regular DJ-stream rotation, and his sets pull from old ragga, jungle, and jump-up records alongside newer jungle cuts. With Proper he has appeared across their Twitch broadcasts, including liquid and oldschool tribute nights, playing alongside Odi, DJ Troll, Alcove, and Special Ed.
