NC-17 is a drum & bass DJ who has performed with Proper Drum & Bass Chicago, appearing four times on Proper’s Twitch livestreams in 2020 and 2021, mostly as part of the weekly PLAY series. Proper sets placed NC-17 alongside Chicago-scene selectors including Subverb, Distinct, Zebo and Sabin The Junglist. (Note: a separate, better-known drum & bass producer named NC-17 runs the Toronto label Grindhouse Audio; that artist could not be confidently linked to these local Chicago livestream appearances, so no external presence is claimed here.)
