Sessions, June 28 2026

Sessions came back to Cobra Lounge on Sunday, June 28 2026, an eleven-DJ afternoon that ran liquid, breaks, trip hop, jungle and drum & bass across one bill.

It was the second edition under the Sessions name. The series ran as Daybreak Brunch on May 31, twenty-eight days earlier, and kept the same monthly day-party shape: doors at 1 PM, all ages, no waiting for midnight.

The bill, in the order it was billed: Alcove, Tonto, Durtywurx, Jon Cross, Misfit, Subverb, Current, LO!, Lamebrane, Dave UV, and Xsmithx.

Most of that bill has a recorded archive on this site, and the range is wide. Jon Cross has 153 mixes here. LO! has 81 tracks alongside 27 mixes, the largest production catalog of anyone who played. Dave UV and Misfit both carry 29 mixes, and Xsmithx has 19 mixes and 18 tracks. Subverb has 13, Alcove four, and Durtywurx and Lamebrane three apiece.

Two names on the bill have no recordings here at all: Tonto and Current. That gap is worth stating rather than smoothing over. A lineup is not a discography, and the room heard sets that the archive cannot replay.
